Useful contacts and support for patients
In order to help and support our patients we have devised a leaflet that identifies some of the wider services available that may be accessed to help with your social, emotional and extended healthcare needs. There is a limit to the number we could include but hope we have presented a variety of as many organisations as possible that are of both interest and relevance to out patient population. Any comments you may have would be very welcomed. Please click on the link following link Useful Contacts and Support.
Are you details up to date?
We ask that patients routinely check their contact details with ourselves – in particular mobile phone numbers and E-Mail addresses. We are trying to improve services and communication with our patients but an internal audit has shown that we only have in the region of 10% of these details verified. There are times when we need to urgently contact patients and therefore it is important we hold correct information. Please help us to help you!
